✨ About The Role
- The A&P Technician will be responsible for staging, setting up, assembling, testing, and installing flight hardware for Falcon operations.
- This role involves hands-on operations with both large and small, fragile assemblies, requiring the use of various mechanical tools.
- Technicians will troubleshoot operational issues found during the activation of fluid and mechanical systems, including hydraulic and cryogenic systems.
- The position requires maintaining and installing fluid system components from schematics or drawings.
- Candidates must be able to work various shifts, including days and nights, and be prepared for physical demands such as lifting and working at elevated heights.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in assembly, testing, maintenance, repair, or installation.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and cleanliness are essential traits for success in this role.
- Candidates with an Airframe & Powerplant license or an associate degree in aerospace technology will be preferred.
- Experience working in a clean room environment and knowledge of fluid and mechanical systems will be beneficial.
- The ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, is crucial.
