- The A&P Technician will be responsible for staging, setting up, assembling, testing, and installing flight hardware.
- This role involves hands-on operations with both large and small, fragile assemblies.
- Technicians will troubleshoot operational issues found during the activation of fluid and mechanical systems.
- The position requires working with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure high-quality builds for successful launches.
- Candidates must be able to work various shifts and pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
- The job may involve working at elevated heights and in confined spaces, as well as exposure to extreme outdoor environments.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in assembly, test, maintenance, repair, and/or installation.
- A meticulous attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should have experience working with various mechanical tools and maintaining fluid system components.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, high-pressure nitrogen and helium systems, and cryogenic systems is preferred.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards is crucial.
- Experience in a clean room environment and knowledge of pressure, temperature, and flow measurement devices will be beneficial.
- Candidates with military aviation experience as a propulsion or airframe technician will have an advantage.
