✨ About The Role
- The Avionics Wire Harness Technician will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and integrating high-quality wire harness and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- The role requires reading, interpreting, and working from various technical documents, including wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- The technician will perform electrical checkouts using custom setups combined with off-the-shelf equipment and components.
- Collaboration with production engineers to develop and document future processes is a key aspect of the job.
- The position requires the ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted and distinguish colors.
- The technician must be willing to travel and work at different SpaceX facilities as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience using basic mechanical and/or electronic hand tools.
- Experience in fabricating or inspecting wire harness and cable assemblies is highly desirable.
- A background in the aerospace industry, aviation, military, or other high-reliability operating environments will be beneficial.
- The candidate should possess knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in operating machinery and various hand and power tools requiring manual dexterity is essential.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment is crucial for success in this role.
