✨ About The Role

- The role involves taking ownership of production processes and ensuring equipment performance and reliability for Starlink's PCB manufacturing. - Responsibilities include executing startup and shutdown procedures, identifying equipment deviations, and performing corrective actions. - The technician will work closely with engineers to create operating procedures and maintain an efficient hardware inventory system. - Continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost will be identified and implemented. - The position requires safely handling chemicals and managing waste in compliance with safety standards.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or an equivalent certificate, along with at least 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical position or an Associate’s degree in a STEM field. - Proficiency in using computers and software such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for success in this role. - Experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and knowledge of electrochemical processes or microelectronics fabrication will be highly beneficial. - The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain and calibrate various process equipment. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams.
