- Responsible for developing and implementing external communication strategies to educate, support, and create value for Starlink customers
- Devise and drive organization-wide approach to customer communications, including technology, processes, and programs for world-class communications
- Serve as the communications point of contact for internal stakeholders and partners, providing expert counsel and driving consensus
- Create actionable feedback loops and data-driven approaches to support continuous improvement of communications
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage unexpected communications challenges to advocate on behalf of customers

- Experienced professional with 5+ years in communications or public relations, preferably in a technology or aerospace industry
- Strong strategic thinker with exceptional writing and editing skills to distill complex concepts into user-friendly communications
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders and partners
- Detail-oriented individual with a track record of managing complex communications challenges and driving continuous improvement
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on top of tactical execution
