- The composites lamination technician will be responsible for building rocket and spacecraft structures.
- Key responsibilities include laminating assemblies and preparing parts for bagging.
- The role involves performing vacuum bag processing, bonding, and oven/autoclave curing.
- Technicians will need to make basic layouts on parts or assemblies to establish reference points and check dimensions.
- Surface preparation using various techniques such as grit blasting and hand abrasion is also part of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year of assembly experience or a certificate from a trade school is required.
- Experience working with composite materials, particularly in layup or bonding, is preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are crucial for success in this role.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs unassisted.
