- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering-related discipline, along with at least 3 years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management.
- Experience in a personnel leadership role or project management role for civil, utility, or facility-related construction is preferred, ideally with at least 2 years in such a position.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with business-level proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- A hands-on approach to construction, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, is essential for this role.
