- The Controls Technician will be responsible for reading and interpreting planning documents, schematics, and engineering sketches.
- This role involves adjusting, repairing, or replacing faulty components of ground hardware and test equipment.
- The technician will collaborate with launch engineers to troubleshoot failures and issues arising from launch activities.
- Responsibilities include fabricating and installing parts and systems used in launch environments.
- The position requires performing maintenance tasks for vehicle integration, pad maintenance, and general facilities upkeep.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and at least 5 years of experience in designing, installing, or troubleshooting electrical control systems.
- A strong background in using power tools in a professional capacity for over 7 years is preferred.
- Experience with electronic system assembly and construction for at least 2 years is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of various instrumentation, including resistance temperature devices, thermocouples, and pressure transducers.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controller (PLC) hardware and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is highly desirable.
