✨ About The Role

- The Design Development Technician will be responsible for fabricating piece parts to print using various machine shop and fabrication equipment. - Building complex mechanical assemblies to a high standard, including high and low-voltage wiring and pneumatics, is a key responsibility. - Equipment operation, including forklifts and boom lifts, will be required for critical moves and lifts within the facility. - The role involves providing constructive feedback to engineering and production teams to improve tooling designs and processes. - Physical effort is required, including standing, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 25 lbs unassisted.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and at least 4 years of welding experience. - A strong background in manual machine operations, including milling and lathe work, is essential for success in this role. - Candidates should be able to read blueprints and perform basic shop math, demonstrating technical proficiency. - The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently with minimal supervision is crucial. - A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment are important traits for this position.
