✨ About The Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, managing the relationship from contract signature onwards
- Develop and manage a team responsible for managing enterprise contracts and driving revenue realization
- Serve as the internal expert in the State & Local / Local & Regional government vertical, shaping strategic direction and leading commercial decision-making
- Identify, design, and lead implementation of new processes and system improvements to accelerate growth for customers and enable rapid scaling of the internal team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to influence programmatic and technical development

- Experienced in managing enterprise accounts, preferably in the government sector, with a track record of retaining and growing customer relationships
- Skilled in project management, negotiation, and building long-term successful customer relationships
- Ability to lead and develop teams, drive customer satisfaction, and manage complex cross-functional projects
- Strong technical knowledge in telecommunications or related industries, with the ability to synthesize requirements and propose smart solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present professional presentations at all levels
