✨ About The Role
- The Facilities Technician will perform routine building maintenance tasks including troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry requests.
- Responsibilities include conducting site-wide maintenance, such as painting, patching walls, and replacing ceiling/flooring tiles.
- The role involves performing inspections and repairs to both interior and exterior areas of the assigned site.
- The technician will assist janitorial and hospitality staff with general requests, including moving furniture and setting up special event areas.
- The position requires operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance experience is required.
- Experience in construction, project management, and equipment maintenance will be beneficial.
- The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
