- The Facilities Technician will perform routine building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Responsibilities include conducting site-wide maintenance such as painting, patching walls, and replacing flooring tiles.
- The technician will aid janitorial staff with general requests and manage campus-wide operations as assigned.
- The position requires the ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts when necessary.
- The role is temporary for a duration of 6 months, with potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance experience is required for this role.
- Experience in construction, project management, and equipment maintenance will be beneficial.
