✨ About The Role
- The Industrial Maintenance Technician will oversee the installation and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment, including cranes, elevators, and mega doors.
- Responsibilities include performing daily scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs of critical systems and components at the launch facility.
- The role involves troubleshooting issues found during maintenance inspections of fluid and mechanical systems.
- The technician will operate and maintain high pressure systems, pumps, and other ancillary equipment, including pneumatic components.
- Collaboration with design engineers is essential to develop and document ground support equipment (GSE) activities.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, fluid, or control systems.
- A strong understanding of high pressure pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems is preferred, along with the ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Candidates should possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The successful individual will be able to rapidly adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree in aerospace technology or a related field being a plus.
