- The Integration Technician will work on the Dragon Component Maintenance team, focusing on vehicle teardown and component refurbishment.
- Responsibilities include using precision calibrated tools for assembly and maintenance tasks.
- The role involves preparing parts for vacuum bagging and performing RTV molding injection and co-bonding.
- Candidates will need to handle hazardous materials and complete site preventative maintenance tasks.
- The position requires the ability to work the night shift from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
- The job may involve lifting heavy objects and working in cramped positions or at elevated heights.
- The technician will be expected to implement improvements and streamline processes within the team.

- The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in assembly, test, maintenance, repair, and/or installation is required.
- Candidates with a certificate from an accredited trade skills program will also be considered.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment is essential for success in this role.
- The individual should be motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and processes.
- Experience with thermal protection systems or composite structures is preferred.
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and read standard operating procedures is important.
