- The vehicle integration technician is responsible for integrating secondary structures, avionics, and stage propulsion components to the vehicle's primary structure.
- The role requires both avionics and mechanical integration skills, along with pneumatic and avionics checkout activities.
- Responsibilities include staging, setting up, assembling, testing, and installing flight hardware using precision calibrated tools.
- The technician will perform heavy rigging for large assemblies and operate personnel platforms such as boom lifts and scissor lifts.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions is a key part of the job.
- The technician must ensure that all production services are performed on time, safely, and professionally.
- Additional tasks include performing fluids and pneumatic testing and collaborating with production engineers to develop and document integration processes.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in propulsion, mechanical, automotive, electrical, or avionics hardware installation is required.
- Candidates who have completed a trades program will also be considered.
- Experience in the aerospace industry, aviation, military, or other high-reliability operating environments is preferred.
- The successful individual will possess skills in operating and manipulating machinery and various hand and power tools.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to use MS Office is essential.
- The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.
