- The IT Services Technician will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to SpaceX employees, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently. - Responsibilities include managing on-site inventory and the lifecycle of IT assets, as well as procuring, configuring, and deploying computer hardware and mobile devices. - The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues both in person and remotely, as well as configuring and troubleshooting various types of printers. - Network support and troubleshooting, including device connectivity and VLAN configuration, are key components of the job. - The technician will also develop new workflows and solutions in collaboration with IT engineering groups to resolve complex issues.
