✨ About The Role
- The Lead Structures Technician will oversee a team of 8-10 technicians, ensuring they perform bonding and drilling operations according to the daily work schedule.
- Responsibilities include performing interstage routing, bonding, sanding, painting, cleaning, and integration processes.
- The role requires conducting communication briefings at the start of shifts and monitoring consumables usage.
- The technician will assist in developing production processes to improve first-time production yield and resolve production blockers.
- Heavy lifting with a high bay crane and maintaining safety and 5S policies on the floor are essential tasks.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a technical, hands-on role within aerospace, aviation, automotive, or manufacturing environments.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates who have additional experience as a structures technician at SpaceX.
- Candidates should possess skills in operating machinery and various hand and power tools, demonstrating manual dexterity.
- Strong leadership abilities are essential, as the role involves leading a team of technicians and ensuring effective communication.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment is crucial for success in this position.
