- The Machine Maintenance Technician will perform both planned maintenance and unplanned repairs of production line assets.

- Technicians will be expected to maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- The position requires physical effort, including standing and lifting equipment up to 25 lbs unassisted.
- Candidates must be willing to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing and production environment.
- A strong background in repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess excellent manual dexterity to perform preventative maintenance on SMT-related equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting are critical traits for this position.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools, such as the Five Whys methodology, will be beneficial.
- The ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics is necessary for effective problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills are required to interact with suppliers and manage purchase requisitions.
