✨ About The Role
- The Manager of NDE Operations will lead a team of inspectors, specialists, and supervisors performing inspections on Starship hardware.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in nondestructive evaluation, manufacturing, or an engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of production, NDE, or manufacturing experience is required.
- The candidate should possess strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position with direct reports.
- Experience in a high volume/high complexity production background such as automotive, commercial aviation, or consumer electronics is preferred.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and team building within a rapidly changing environment.
