- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of production operations or process development experience is required, along with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- The successful individual will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in building out a multidisciplinary production organization is highly desirable.
