- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, demonstrating a solid educational foundation. - Candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience in the industry, which can include internships, co-ops, or relevant research projects. - Experience with CNC machinery and CAM programming is highly desirable, indicating a hands-on approach to engineering tasks. - Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) will be beneficial for understanding manufacturing specifications. - The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments such as production, quality, and design engineering.
