- The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including design, build, and reliability engineers, to ensure efficient production.
- Responsibilities include developing and revising production processes, procedures, equipment, tooling, and layout.
- The role involves driving design for manufacturing and assembly during new product development and improvement cycles.
- The engineer will facilitate the production of flight-qualified composite structures while aiming to increase production rates and reduce costs.
- The position requires resolving complex manufacturing defects through root cause investigation and validation testing.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience with composites, which can include internships or project team experience.
- Candidates with 3 or more years of professional experience in composites or final integration will be preferred.
- Experience with avionics or pneumatic systems on large aerospace structures is highly desirable.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of advanced composites manufacturing processes, particularly "out of autoclave" prepreg systems.
