- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), or related fields is required.
- Hands-on experience with SMT processing and PCBA processes is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- The candidate should be able to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards and statistical techniques is preferred.
