- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is required, which can include student project team and internship experience.
- Strong experience with machining concepts and the ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment is essential.
- Candidates should have a desire to work collaboratively with design and manufacturing teams to implement effective processes.
- Experience in a design or product development engineering role is preferred, along with mechanical component and tooling design skills.
