- A bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, materials engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with CNC machining.
- Strong to expert level 3D CAD skills, particularly in advanced surfacing and large assemblies, are preferred.
- Experience with transitioning products from design to manufacturing and scaling to high volume is essential.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge traditional manufacturing processes and embrace emerging technologies is crucial.
