- A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required for this position. - The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in mechanical design and analysis, with internship experience qualifying. - Strong analytical skills are essential, particularly in performing hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA). - The candidate should have experience in the aerospace or aviation industries, particularly with structures, mechanisms, or interior design. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to present recommendations to various stakeholders.
