- The Metal Spinning Technician will be responsible for drilling, reaming, and countersinking holes in parts and assemblies to meet specified dimensional requirements.
- The role involves deburring holes and preparing them for the installation of fasteners and clamps.
- Technicians will assemble and disassemble tools according to process specifications and perform metal blending for close tolerance surface finishes.
- The job requires moving, mounting, and configuring workpieces prior to machining, spin forming, or heat treating.
- Candidates will operate machinery and equipment, including CNC machining and spin forming.
- The position may require working all shifts, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
- The technician must be willing to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Tolerance for loud noise levels and other environmental factors is necessary to perform job functions effectively.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience in structural assembly or machine operation.
- Experience with large moveable structures and the use of cranes or forklifts is highly desirable.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of precision assembly operations and close tolerance equipment.
- Familiarity with heat treating processes and lifting and rigging experience will be beneficial.
- The successful applicant will be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints effectively.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools is essential for this role.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing assignments is crucial.
- Strong arithmetic skills for performing calculations accurately are required.
