✨ About The Role
- The PCB Technician will be responsible for executing startup and shutdown procedures for production equipment in the Starlink factory.
- The role involves monitoring process conditions and performing first-level troubleshooting on state-of-the-art PCB manufacturing equipment.
- The technician will provide feedback on failure modes and work with engineering teams to address yield limiters.
- Training production personnel and creating operating procedures in collaboration with engineers and technicians are key responsibilities.
- The job requires maintaining inventory of consumables and ensuring that 5S standards are upheld in the work area.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a high school degree or an equivalent certificate, along with at least 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical position or an associate degree in a STEM field.
- Experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electrochemical processes is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with manufacturing environments.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with other technicians and cross-functional teams.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and be able to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.
- A current or past certification for IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, or equivalent is preferred, indicating a commitment to quality standards in PCB manufacturing.
