✨ About The Role
- The PCBA Technician will support mechanical and electrical assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassis.
- Responsibilities include building small electrical sub-assemblies and battery cell modules.
- The role involves soldering and desoldering through hole and SMT components.
- Candidates will support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application, and coating processes.
- Functional testing on units will also be part of the job responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience using mechanical hand tools and/or automated machinery in a production environment is required.
- Experience in a medium to high volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Candidates should be open to working all shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods is essential.
