- The Process Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining state-of-the-art production processes and equipment performance.
- This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and calibrating various process equipment, including pumps and fluid control systems.
- The specialist will work closely with engineers and technicians to implement fluid and mechanical designs in the field.
- Creating and maintaining operating procedures and a mature hardware inventory system will be key responsibilities.
- Continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost will be identified and acted upon.

- A high school diploma or equivalency certificate is required, along with a bachelor's degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working with automated processes in relevant areas such as control room operations or plant operations.
- A strong understanding of process parameters and engineering units for temperature, pressure, flow, and power is essential for success in this role.
- The ideal candidate will have experience reading and understanding P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams.
- Mechanical aptitude is important, particularly in isolating malfunctions and performing repairs on industrial machinery.
