✨ About The Role

- The Production Control Scheduler will take complete ownership of production scheduling for a designated work center. - Responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks and projecting long-term rate needs for the department. - The role requires coordination with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and business development to maintain Master Schedules for products. - Daily work schedules must be prepared, and progress tracked to communicate project critical path schedules effectively. - The scheduler will ensure that fixture, tooling, and test equipment requirements are scheduled to facilitate an efficient production process.

- A bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations is essential for this role. - The ideal candidate will possess remarkable problem-solving skills with a strong emphasis on speed and accuracy. - A self-motivated individual who is a quick learner and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet both customer and company goals will thrive in this position. - Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers in a dynamic environment. - Technical proficiency in coding and computer applications, such as MS Office Suite, SQL, and Power BI, is highly preferred.
