✨ About The Role

- The Production Control Scheduler will work with various teams to build and install ground support equipment for launch pads. - Responsibilities include understanding critical work requests and mitigating schedule impact risks across departments. - The role involves utilizing ERP and MRP applications to ensure accurate scheduling and resource allocation. - Daily communication of priorities, progress, and critical path schedules to production coordinators and supervisors is required. - The scheduler will also identify improvement opportunities for product quality, safety, cost, and team efficiency.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing scheduling is required for this role. - Candidates should have at least 2 years of practical experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience writing queries with SQL are essential skills for success in this position. - Familiarity with lean principles, Six Sigma, and Kaizen concepts will be beneficial for improving processes. - The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed based on operational demands.
