- Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in email, Microsoft Windows, and ERP/MRP/MES systems.
- The candidate should be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing assignments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate with engineering and production teams.
- A forklift certification is a plus, indicating a readiness to operate machinery safely.
