✨ About The Role

- The Production Technician will be responsible for executing startup and shutdown procedures for production equipment in the PCB manufacturing process. - The role involves monitoring process conditions and performing first-level troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime. - Technicians will provide feedback on failure modes and work with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes. - Training production personnel and creating operating procedures will be part of the responsibilities. - The job requires maintaining a clean and organized work area while adhering to 5S standards.

- The ideal candidate should have a high school degree or an equivalent certificate, along with at least 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical position or an associate degree in a STEM field. - Experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electrochemical processes is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with manufacturing environments. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for collaborating with engineers and other technicians. - The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and be able to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities. - A motivation to contribute to Starlink's mission of providing global connectivity is crucial for success in this role.
