- The Reliability Technician will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of Starlink products throughout manufacturing, testing, and installation.

- The role involves performing various environmental tests on new Starlink products, such as thermal cycling and humidity testing.
- Documenting production non-conformances according to prescribed procedures is a critical part of the job.
- The technician will support root cause investigations and assess production compliance with company and industry standards.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment.
- A background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting is preferred, ideally with 2+ years of experience.
- Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical or engineering degree being a plus.
- The successful individual will be self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing priorities effectively.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action systems will be beneficial for this role.
