✨ About The Role

- The Satellite Policy Associate will assist in developing and advocating for broadband and spectrum policies that align with SpaceX's business objectives. - This role involves drafting pleadings, letters, and other advocacy pieces to promote SpaceX's policy positions. - The associate will represent the company before various regulatory bodies, including the FCC and NTIA. - Responsibilities include securing necessary U.S. licenses and ensuring regulatory compliance for the Starlink program. - The position requires providing strategic regulatory advice to support business development efforts.

- A Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school is required for this position. - Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience dealing with regulatory and policy matters. - A background in engineering, math, chemistry, or physics is preferred, indicating a strong technical foundation. - Successful candidates will have a proactive approach and demonstrate excellent legal and business judgment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally are essential for this role.
