✨ About The Role
- The SMT Technician will operate PCB assembly machines to manufacture circuit boards, including various processes such as SMT placement and reflow.
- Responsibilities include running thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- The role involves supporting the development of prototype test capabilities and documenting failure modes to improve quality.
- Technicians will be required to build small electrical sub-assemblies and ensure production equipment is maintained and calibrated.
- The position may require working all shifts, including overtime and weekends, and involves physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing.
- A strong background in electro-mechanical assembly and integration is preferred, ideally with 2+ years of experience.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
- Proficiency in using PCs and software such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for managing schedules and executing work independently.
