- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
- The role requires at least 7 years of professional experience in architecture and/or engineering of capital projects.
- Experience managing multiple vertical projects is essential for this position.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software is preferred, along with basic skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
