- The Sr. Graphic Designer will lead the creative development and execution of various visual design projects.
- Responsibilities include partnering with Communications, Content, and Creative teams to produce assets across multiple platforms.
- The role involves sketching, storyboarding, ideating, and generating new concepts based on stakeholder direction.
- The designer will own the creative process from design to execution for both internal and external projects.
- Maintaining the visual aesthetic of the brand is a critical aspect of this position.
- The designer will manage projects ranging from simple design requests to complex print-ready materials.
- The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task on various design projects.
- The candidate must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends to accommodate product launch campaigns.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, web design, or advertising.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience in illustration, graphic design, or print production is required.
- The candidate should possess expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Strong visual and conceptual skills are essential for solving problems and creating innovative design solutions.
- The successful applicant will have experience in client management and full-cycle production of original content.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote, as well as Figma, is preferred.
- The candidate should be resourceful and able to independently locate and archive design assets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills are necessary for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
