- The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will focus on the design for manufacturability concepts through integration and testing of launch pad components. - Responsibilities include developing production procedures and managing the transition of parts from development to production. - The role involves creating original CAD models and prints for flight and tooling components. - The engineer will lead on-site design engineering efforts for efficient assembly of parts and assemblies. - The position requires coordination of development, qualification, and acceptance testing of systems and tooling.

- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required. - Candidates should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the design, build, or manufacturing of mechanical systems. - Experience in the aerospace or mechanical engineering field is preferred, with a minimum of 7 years being ideal. - Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) concepts is essential for this role. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
