- A Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school is required for this position. - The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience dealing with regulatory and policy matters. - A background in engineering, math, chemistry, or physics is preferred, indicating a strong technical foundation. - Candidates should possess a solid understanding of broadband policy and spectrum use. - Experience working with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other federal agencies is highly desirable.
