- The role involves operating PCB assembly machines to manufacture circuit boards, including various assembly processes.
- Responsibilities include running thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware, as well as troubleshooting and teardown.

- Thorough documentation of failure modes and data analysis for quality improvement is a key part of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing.
- A strong background in electro-mechanical assembly or integration is preferred, ideally with 2 or more years of experience.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation, including schematics and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in using PCs and software such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to manage schedule priorities and execute work independently.
