✨ About The Role
- The Structures Technician will be responsible for modifying, repairing, assembling, and installing rocket and spacecraft components.
- The role involves using various tools to align parts, secure them in place, and install fasteners according to specific sequences.
- Technicians will need to shim and trim parts as required and select appropriate drill bits and tools for various tasks.
- The job requires disassembling parts and deburring holes to prepare for fastener installation, as well as cleaning surfaces before sealing or assembly.
- Candidates must be willing to work various shifts and be prepared for repetitive assembly operations, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in hardware assembly, maintenance, or installation.
- Candidates with a certificate from an accredited trade skills program in A&P, manufacturing, or electronics will also be considered.
- Successful applicants will have experience using various hand tools and power tools, demonstrating proficiency in hardware assembly.
- A strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications is essential for this role.
- Candidates should be capable of performing basic arithmetic calculations accurately and visualizing three-dimensional shapes from two-dimensional views.
