- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position, demonstrating the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
- A background in assembly and production, particularly in aviation or aerospace, is essential, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an A&P license will be preferred, showcasing a strong educational foundation.
- Experience in fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environments is crucial, ideally with 10 years of experience in final assembly and production.
- The successful individual will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with engineering and production teams.
