✨ About The Role
- The Test Operations Supervisor will manage a team of up to 14 technicians and specialists across two shifts.
- Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of all employees and promoting a culture of safety and quality within the test operations.
- The role involves overseeing operations, prioritizing tasks to meet customer deadlines, and ensuring product quality and compliance with specifications.
- The supervisor will participate in the ongoing development of employees through training programs and assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires.
- The position requires coordination of asset maintenance and reliability efforts for approximately 30 custom test stands, including debugging fluid systems and activating new test assets.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team or project in a technical field is essential for success in this role.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage a team of technicians and specialists.
- The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with high-pressure operations and data acquisition & control systems will be beneficial for this position.
