- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of experience in a fabrication or field-work environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and projects, is essential for success in this position.

- The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills relevant to the tooling and fabrication processes.
- Experience with machining, plate cutting, and general fabrication will be highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with 3D metrology, precision alignment, and blueprint reading is preferred.
