- The Supervisor, Welding will lead and manage a team of approximately 30 technicians, focusing on performance management and workflow supervision.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree with significant experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), or gas metal arc welding (GMAW) is required.
- Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and safety standards is essential for success in this role.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and welding symbols is crucial for overseeing production quality.
