- The ideal candidate has a strong belief in the power of education and knowledge, combined with a sense of urgency and creativity. - They should possess at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating applicable industry experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, allowing them to effectively convey complex concepts in simple terms. - A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred, along with an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license. - The candidate should be a team-oriented self-starter, eager to meet and exceed objectives in a multi-project environment.
