✨ About The Role

- The Test Operations Technician will be responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining flight-worthy rocket engines and associated test equipment. - This role involves preparing test articles and systems for test operations, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and on time. - Technicians will collaborate with engineers to develop and document activities and processes for engine build and integration. - The position requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment while operating high-pressure systems and other equipment. - Candidates will be expected to work night shifts, with nominal hours from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, and may need to work overtime and weekends as required.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience working with complex mechanical systems. - A strong background in troubleshooting high-pressure fluid and pneumatic systems is essential for success in this role. - Candidates should be proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and calibrated tooling, demonstrating hands-on technical skills. - Effective communication skills are necessary for relaying data and collaborating with engineers and team members. - The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining safety and professionalism is crucial.
