- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, with at least 3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to verifying work is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with hardware testing and debugging, particularly with electro-mechanical assemblies and printed circuit board assemblies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are important for collaborating with team members and improving processes.
- Experience with various electrical debug tools, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, is highly desirable.
